IT Manager Assistant

SPD-Ukraine is looking for Manager Assistant to become a part of our team that focuses on internal processes and support environment, interactions with teams, and reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• control of colleagues' working hours tracking, the team reports preparation;
• work with statistical data on projects and company in general;
• communication with the teams, work with colleagues' requests;
• work with documentation;
• taking part in activities planning and futher realization.

Requirements:

• experienced PC user, Google services (documents, spreadsheets, etc.) in particular;
• excellent communication skills (HR-related experience would be an advantage);
• English at the Intermediate level or higher;
• accountability and attention to detail.
