Your responsibilities
Development, maintenance and troubleshooting of Identity Management (IDM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Tools
Provide L3 support for incidents related to the IAM solution - ability to conduct incident diagnosis in a timely manner
Patching and upgrades of IDM and PAM Tools
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to discuss current activities
Periodical review of system configuration
Evaluation and recommendation of IDM and PAM solutions
Develop and maintain current and future state IAM documentation
Work on the process and toolset improvements
Daily contact with operational teams
Active participation in implementation of new solutions
Our requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
Experience in Security/Identity and Access Management: Good understanding of IAM and Security concepts
Hands-on experience in Windows/Linux/DBs/Network basic knowledge
Good communication skills
B2 level (or higher) of Spoken and Written English including technical vocabulary
More than 1 year of practical experience in field of IAM area
Communicative and positive-thinking team player coupled with eagerness to learn, determined to solve cases
Optional
Hands-on experience with one of the PAM solutions, like Cyber Ark / Beyond Trust/ Saviyant
Hands-on experience with one of the IDM solutions, like MIM/ Okta/ Sailpoint
Experience in the scripting languages
Security related certificates, such as: CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP, etc.
