Middle Recruiter

MUST HAVE

1-3 years of experience in the role of IT Recruiter OR 1.5+ years as a non-tech Recruiter, but with an understanding of the IT market and how IT companies work;
At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions, both tech and non-tech;
Superb written & verbal communication skills;
English — at least spoken Intermediate level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Active search and headhunting;
Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc.;
Daily skype/e-mail/phone communication with potential candidates;
Conducting pre-screens, interviews and providing information about the company;
Communication with Hiring managers;
Collecting and providing feedback;
Preparing and making job offers;
