The Kiev branch of the American billing company ANT-Kapitel is looking for a Customer service consultant.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English;

• Confident user of PC and Microsoft Office software;

• Competent and clearly delivered speech;

• Active and positive life position.

Duties:

• Analysis and determination of inaccuracies in medical insurance documents;

• Chatting on Skype with American medical institutions and providing them with our services;

• Compliance with customer confidentiality standards.

Our team members are sourced in the Ukraine where there is a large, highly educated talent pool that can be competitively priced

We are located on the 4 Peremogy avenue (metro University). 

Working hours from 9.30 to 18.00 or from 14.30 to 23.00 full-time in the office. 

The salary started from 16,000 hryvnia.
