DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct vacancies analysis
• Communicate online
• Work with internal programs
• Carry out assistance work
• Re-schedule and cancellate requests
• Manage and conduct procedures connected with Referral Program
• Contact with candidates in order to schedule convenient term for the interview
• Manage various administration activities in EPAM's database (updating candidates' statuses, attaching feedbacks)

REQUIREMENTS

• Desired skills & experience:
  • Higher education
  • Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office
  • Understanding of the IT market specifics is a big plus
  • Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines
