We are a high-growth & fast-scale international consulting company and we are looking for a passionate Recruiter Team Lead to join our super HR team, and own new initiatives within recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Search, select and headhunt candidates.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become their trusted recruitment partner. Provide guidance and help them build excellent teams, facilitate the hiring processes and serve as a focal point for recruitment issues under your responsibility.
- Prepare external and internal job advertisements, web postings, specifications, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.
- Provide proposals of improvement of recruiting process and documentation flow.
- Manage all communication with candidates including problem solving issues.
- Manage recruitment system tools.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Advanced level of English.
- Be a team player and goal oriented.
- Excellent time management.
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask.
- Previous experience recruiting for an international company, big advantage.
