Business Development and Presales Manager

We are looking for Business Development and Presales manager to boost new clients’ portfolio for our gaming studio! This is a full-time employment position working from our office in Lviv.

Position requirements:

- Understanding of IT sales process.

- Knowledge of SDLC and how IT industry works.

- Understanding how gaming industry works and strong interest to work in a gamedev company;

- Knowledge of key IT service models.

- Advanced communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).

- Strong business correspondence skills.

- High focus on result with ability to multitask.

- Experience with sales artifacts preparation (proposals, offers, bids submissions etc.)

- Proactiveness and desire to achieve sales results.


Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of professional experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• English level: Advanced

• Previous work experience in IT industry with customer-facing roles (technical or non-technical), as well as experience in sales, business development, project management, business analysis, QA/QC, work in IT gaming industry companies will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take over of the presales process of the company, from lead qualification to deal closure. Effectively track potential customers requests and evaluating prospective leads.

• Systematically work with CRM carefully tracking all necessary sales records and database.

• Participate in calls with clients with timely execution of follow up activities.

• Develop and design sales templates and database of company’s expertise and sales portfolio.

• Prepare presales artifacts (proposals, commercial offers, statement of work etc.)

• Negotiate best company’s interest with potential client to meet internal KPIs.

• Cooperate with delivery and engineering teams on presales offers preparation.

• Collaborate with marketing on sales results improvement.

• Re-engaging existing clients to collaborate and upsell.
