We are looking for Junior IT Recruiter to strengthen talent acquisition team who is self driven, energetic eager to learn new, have creative thinking.

What you will do:

• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Control if all actual jobs are advertised
• Source potential candidates on job sites and niche platforms, like LInkedIn and Github
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Arrange meeting and interviews with all involved parties
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Prepare necessary documents according company business process
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

We expect from the candidate:

• 1 year experience in recruitment
