The Talent Acquisition Group will start hiring new engineering teams for a new company business area.

Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be part of a new recruitment group at ZONE3000, which is attractive and can influence the creation of processes from scratch.

Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with all the team members, CEO, Delivery Manager, Hiring Managers. The main tasks of the Talent Acquisition Lead will be to hire necessary specialists by the deadline set by the hiring manager and manage Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Researchers. You will be involved in building a team from scratch and building the process of hiring engineers, any of your ideas and your experience will be important for all hiring participants (ideas in building the bonus system, measuring metrics of the hiring process, improving ATS).

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Understanding the specifics of the IT market and knowing basic tools for finding the best candidates
  • Being able to evaluate the soft skills of a candidate and "sell" the vacancy well according to their motivation
  • Having a superpower in building quality communication and long-term relationships with candidates
  • Being able to efficiently allocate working time and work with priorities, to handle multitasking effectively
  • Being proactive and not afraid of challenges, knowing how to learn from mistakes and always staying positive
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset
  • Knowing how to ensure a proper interview process for candidates and provide feedback
  • High stress tolerance
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
  • Autonomous, dynamic and results oriented approach
  • Intermediate English level or higher

Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Life Cycle, from collecting requirements for vacancies and finding candidates to preparing job offers
  • Establish quality communication and involve all the necessary participants during the selection stages
  • Constantly follow current trends in the industry and implement new approaches and tools to work
  • Work with vacancies, communicate directly with hiring managers and clearly understand who we need and for what tasks
  • Close vacancies, we have a high rate of hiring, the dynamics of the company growth in the future will depend on the quality of recruitment
  • Be the owner of the recruitment process, look for weaknesses and offer solutions to improve them
  • Develop a search strategy and have access to various tools to attract candidates
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders.
  • Make sure that recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels
  • Provide consistent training and best practices to the rest of the team
