Accountant (Billing) Remote

The leading global provider of social video analytics to advertisers, platforms and publishers is looking for a remote Accountant (Revenue Operations).

We have developed technology and data-driven solutions that give advertisers more control over where their ads are running. In the US, we have developed English content standards for advertisers and brands

Main Responsibilities:

• Reconcile clients’ accounts on a regular basis to ensure the revenue in the accounting system corresponds to the figures in the CRM system
• Issue and deliver invoices with the timelines kept on schedule
• Address dispute cases to ensure the accuracy of the billed invoices
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to tackle timely issues occurring both on our and the client’s sides
• Complete ad-hoc requests coming from the manager and other stakeholders
• Other tasks as required by this role

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Professional email writing and speaking skills
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Analytical thinking
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Working conditions:
