What you will need:
- Previous work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Loyalty Manager, Customer Support Manager or any other relevant role;
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs and demands;
- Ability to negotiate successfully (mostly written communication). Advanced persuasion and influencing skills;
- Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking;
- Ability to work in the office environment / for now have a hybrid type of work;
- Readiness to take at least 1 or 2-night shifts each week in the future.
What you will do:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to increase their loyalty to the project by constantly providing solutions that meet their needs and objectives;
- Resolve all issues or difficulties faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and customer loyalty;
- Prioritize tasks and manage a workflow;
- Collect early customer feedback for process improvement;
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product;
- Identify clients’ needs and concerns, key issues and limiting factors;
- Ensure the correct products and services provided to customers on time according to customer needs;
- Manage your weekly schedule and coordinate it with the rest of your team;
- Take full responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives;
- Be responsible for keeping existing clients satisfied, while delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis via chats, emails.;
- Be responsible for monthly revenue forecasting and reporting giving clear information on the customer's performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant;
- Look for creative solutions to complex problems and acts in a flexible and decisive manner.
