Financial Expert

Our customer, the  multinational software development company with the large office in Ukraine is looking for Financial Expert to make stronger their financial team.

The main duties are:

• Oversee various accounting operations and produce financial statements
• Manage billing, accounts payables, cost accounting and payroll processing
• Support our month-end and year-end closing process
• Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Develop policies and procedures
• Plan and control the company’s financial flows
• Support the development and implementation of internal finance software

The requirements are:

• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience, preferably in the international environment ;
• good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, such as local GAAP and IFRS as well as an experience with the Ukrainian tax code and law, financial statements and general ledgers;
• excellent accounting software user skills and experience with the collection and analysis of accounting data;
• proficient background in accounting software (1C, SAP or Oracle);
• English is at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
