IT Sourcer, Online Researcher (remote job, no experience required)

This is a remote job based from anywhere in Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong online research skills
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word and Excel
• Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:
  • From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
  • From 5 pm till 2 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
  • From 6 pm till 3 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand various job openings in IT, marketing, finance, manufacturing, engineering, etc.
• Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate.
• Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide.
• Cooperate with the recruiting team on selecting the best qualified candidates for our clients' job openings.
