National Security Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on all Security activities for KN Ukraine.

• Ensure suitability and compliance to industry standards for internal/external security and regulatory requirements and expectations.

• Ensure that the KN Security standards are implemented and maintained overall in KN Ukraine based on continuous improvement principle.

• Review and follow-up of any reported Security Incidents.

• Ensure systematic measures are implemented to identify and prevent violations and misuse both externally and internally.

• Conduct and/or participate in internal / external audits and investigations.

• Consult internal and external interesting parties on security related topics. 

• Coordinate and perform security trainings, promote security culture.

• Develop and maintain security documentation.

• Perform security risk assessment and follow-up mitigation measures implementation.

• Prepare security reports for the National and Regional management.

• Control of implementation, where necessary, of security processes and procedure compliant with the requirements of TAPA, ISO 28001.

 Your Skills and Experience
 • Minimum 5 years in the similar position.

• ISO 9001, ISO 28001 knowledge (relevant certificates preferred).

• Computer literacy.

• Perfect knowledge of the Ukrainian legislation and other regulations in the field of Security.

• Strong management and planning skills.

• Strong communication and negotiations skills.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Pro-activeness and quick-learning ability.

• Driver’s license of category B.
