"ASKEP.NET" is a medical information system, a comprehensive solution for cooperation between doctors and patients in medical care. We are currently looking for an HR-manager / HR manager in our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Create and manage employees’ personnel files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR process management;
- Prepare civil law contracts/labour contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure legal compliance;
- Assist finance department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) before payroll, enter data in 1C;
- Update internal HR database with new hire information;
- Facilitate recruitment process, publish job announcements, shortlist candidates, etc;
- Prepare monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll;
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;
- Additional HR/Admin tasks delegated by the HR Manager/FinHR Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or administration;
- Essential working experience of at least two years in Human Resources;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Knowledge of 1C HR module is a must;
- Essential skills in computer literacy (word, excel, internet, database);
- NGO experience is considered as a strong asset.
