What is ISG?

The ISG (Information Services Group) forms the backbone of the company in capital markets area, ensuring stability, driving performance delivering success. As a member of ISG – you’ll be working with state-of-the-art lab technology, playing a vital role in the day-to-day life of Citi by adapting, adjusting, and overcoming any obstacles that our business units face. It’s your job to implement innovative solutions to help keep Citi competitive in the banking sector whilst ensuring you meet our client’s needs.

What will you do within ISG?

As a member of ISG, you’ll be working closely within all the different business units within Citi, reviewing their processes, adapting them, developing, and delivering innovative solutions for any obstacles they may be facing in various areas. You have a choice whenever you want to be KYC specialist, a client facing Onboarding analyst, IT guy, Securities and Pricing master, or data and quality focused Entity Data Management and Control Group champ.

Responsibilities:

• Build global cohesive innovation lab networks
• Take ownership, deliver tech-based solutions, push the business towards success.
• Deliver transaction & market data expense optimization solutions.
• Review, Analyse, and implement end-to-end flows to digitize & automate loan lifecycles.
• Deliver state of the art reference data by digitizing firm sourcing and integration

Requirements:

• B2+ level of English 
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to acquire new skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of financial instruments and Economics would be beneficial
