Business Process develope

Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate current process flows: - communicate with process owners: sales teams, project management, human resources, finance, etc. changes necessary to optimize processes and coordinate their implementation: - develop new or improve the current process flow diagrams, lists of rules and procedures - define process flows using an internal business process management tool - clarify and agree with the process owners a list of necessary changes for optimization processes - working with the software development team to implement processes in an internal business process management tool - creating technical tasks for the software development team to customize the process logic when using proprietary software - ensuring that all implemented modifications work in the appropriate wayCoordinate and support the new / opti Practical implementation of typical process flows at the level of process owners Development of unique standards for relevant corporate documentation (process diagrams, etc. structure for users, etc.).
Requirements:
Good understanding of the main flows of business processes in a medium-sized company Languages: English, Ukrainian and / or Russian (written and oral - high level of work proficiency) Experience in developing and / or optimizing business processes (an advantage) Higher education in information technology / technical sciences field (is an advantage).
Required skills:
Proficiency in BPMN notation, usage and templates, experience in real BPM solution development using BPM software tools.Examples include: Bonitasoft, Camunda, Signavio, Pega, Appian, IBM BPM, Software AG, Newgen, AURA, Agiloft, Agilepoint, etc.
