Keepit is a fast-growing IT company that specializes in Cloud-to-Cloud backup. The company has received great support from partners, investors, and customers and is now rapidly expanding. Keepit is owned by two, who have long experience with successfully building up IT-companies. The company has a unique company culture, talented Team and is a cool working place!

Keepit is a cloud-to-cloud backup service provider. The purpose of our platform is to provide our customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, G Suite, Salesforce and Dynamics, to protect them from internal and external threats: human errors, ransomware, simple accidents, etc.

Opportunities

We are looking for a colleague motivated by growth within recruiting, HR and marketing and driven to cooperate with other departments. As a recruiter for Keepit, your main role is to find the right talent and people to fill in a diverse range of openings. The position will be an opportunity to start something new within the company, one that can lead to many different career paths through cross-departmental competency development

You will have the following, non-comprehensive, list of tasks:

• Working as a part of the International Recruiting Team
• Tracking and reporting statistics 
• Screening, sourcing and analyzing local IT market, considering new technology trends
• Writing job descriptions
• Searching for new talent
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Using behaviour profiles, tests, responses, among others
• Cooperating with recruiting agencies
• Creating a structured database with previous and potential candidates
• Providing feedback after interviews
• Owning HR branding projects  

The position is a perfect fit if you hold the following competencies and qualities:

• Highly driven, hard-working, and responsible
• Motivated by new challenges and different tasks
• Independent and proactive in an informal setting
• A team player and a good communicator
• Have a good understanding of sales and business

Your key professional competences include:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a recruitment agency\ IT company
• Well-oriented in data protection laws (especially GDPR)
• Fluent English
