Head of System Administration department

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage system administrators team;
• Manage, maintain and plan company software and hardware infrastructure;
• Troubleshooting of incidents, finding out a root cause of it and providing assistance;
• General system administration tasks for company and clients;
• Assistance to end customers.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies/skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Strong knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows OS administration and configuration;
• Virtualization systems;
• Server hardware knowledge and strong experience in servers maintenance;
• Strong scripting skills (BASH);
• Experience in networking (wired, WiFi, dynamic routing);
• Experience in network equipment configuration (Cisco, Juniper);
• Strong experience and deep understanding of email working (Postfix, DKIM/SFP/DMARC, SMTP, POP/IMAP, Zimbra);
• English skills (Intermediate);
• Data encryption (on Linux and Windows).

Considered to be a plus:

• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell);
• PC hardware knowledge;
• Monitoring tools (Nagios, Cacti);
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server;
• Experience with Azure, Office 365;
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory;
• Source code management (GIT and Subversion).
