The opportunity 

EY is looking for experienced professionals to participate in a wide range of assignments related to:

• valuation of equity interests, invested capital, fixed and intangible assets
• reviews of valuation reports performed by third parties
• financial modeling
• restructuring and capital optimization
• issuance of fairness opinions
• provision of litigation support

  Your key responsibilities :

• Gathering and analyzing information required to complete an assignment
• Communicating with projects' different stakeholders
• Building financial models
• Writing reports, memorandums and presentations
• Managing project team members, when required

To qualify for the role you must have: 

• Valuation related experience including strong technical and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian
• Willingness to travel, if required

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

National and international certifications are a plus
