At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for Recruitment Operations Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be responsible for external vendor relations including rate negotiations;
- Explore potential vendor channels, ensure initial vendor reliability, conduct vendor’s reference check;
- Maintain and constantly expand the database of reliable vendors;
- Handle necessary communication upon recruiting process stages;
- Schedule meetings between different parties of the process;
- Maintain vendors database in Applicant Tracking System;
- Assist Operations Director and recruiting team in miscellaneous administrative tasks;
- Prepare potential candidates profiles according to company’s template.
Requirements:
- Experience in related tasks administration role (1+);
- Experience in IT recruiting;
- Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail or IT domain;
- Experience with Google Cloud Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations) (required);
- Written and spoken English.
