Recruitment Operations Administrator

At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for Recruitment Operations Administrator to join our team. 

Location: Remotely
Type: Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for external vendor relations including rate negotiations;
  • Explore potential vendor channels, ensure initial vendor reliability, conduct vendor’s reference check;
  • Maintain and constantly expand the database of reliable vendors;
  • Handle necessary communication upon recruiting process stages;
  • Schedule meetings between different parties of the process;
  • Maintain vendors database in Applicant Tracking System;
  • Assist Operations Director and recruiting team in miscellaneous administrative tasks; 
  • Prepare potential candidates profiles according to company’s template.

Requirements:

  • Experience in related tasks administration role (1+);
  • Experience in IT recruiting;
  • Experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail or IT domain;
  • Experience with Google Cloud Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations) (required);
  • Written and spoken English.
