Customer Service Manager

 Now we are looking for Customer Service Manager to join our team!
 
Responsibilities: 

• Support and coordination of current Clients and projects during all time of validity of conditions of agreements with clients 

• Prepare and support contractual documents with Clients, in cooperation with the Legal Department
  make calculations of the budget of projects, cost of service, additional options and services 

• Control the timely provision of invoices to customers for the Company's services, monthly receipt of payments from customers  

• Identify additional needs of the Client, receive and analyze customer feedback on services provided.  

• Organize and control work with contractors in the framework of projects and services provided to clients. 

• Build stable and long-term partnerships with customers. 

Important: 

• general understanding of HR services market, work experience in outstaffing and outsourcing, recruitment projects will be a plus 
• English language: upper intermediate level is a must 
• experience in communication in b2b market, including communication with foreign Clients 
• ability to work with figures (making calculations of a project budget, cost of services, etc.) 
• good communicative skills  
• ability to work in a team
