IT Recruitment Assistant

We are looking for an IT Recruitment Assistant to join in Zaporizhzhya or remotely.
Apply if you enjoy talent sourcing, love to communicate with people by correspondence, have from an intermediate level of English.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of recruitment-related courses is a MUST!
• Understanding of the IT market, its players
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient PC user (Experience with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, СRM)
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Accuracy and responsible approach to tasks
• At least Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of IT candidates through multiple channels;
• Fulfillment of database with incoming CVs, feedback, and updates;
• Organization interviews with candidates;
• Participation in Pre-screen interviews with potential candidates
• Posting job advertisements
