Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (MX) in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Account Management

  • Development of sales plans for client including seasonality trends, SWOT analysis, sales history and competitor’s activities under guidance of direct manager;
  • Analysis of information from customers, input of data to internal systems, sales planing management under guidance of direct manager; 
  • On-going communications and negotiations with existing customers to ensure satisfactory performance opportunities, identify customer needs, resolve issues, and develop continued and additional business;
  • Manage the overall sales activities and negotiate sales agreements to increase market share and to ensure profitable results as defined by the company;
  • Market changes and trends analysis, competitor’s activities analysis;
  • CRM with trade partner sales and product managers/specialists;
  • Processing contract, internal approval, project documentation with trade partners under the guidance of direct manager;
  • Partner retail management through Retail Marketing Group, processing requests from trade partners and facilitate implementation of retail marketing projects in trade partner’s online and offline retail;
  • Accounts Receivables and Credit Limit control, creation of release after receiving orders from customers adjusting it to current availability, assigning coop funds, other bonuses and discounts according to performance and sales results of dedicated trade partners.

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in relevant position at least 1 year
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point
