Responsibilities:

• Handling customer service requests from Ukraine for Data Center Energy products (UPS, PDU,Battery, DCIM, Cooling, Rack);
• Take effective measures to restore serious incident and neutralize the cause and if necessary escalate to expert and arrange war room to get professional support;
• Hold troubleshooting for hardware/software problems, find the root cause and provide an effective solution within SLA;
• Be the owner of Service request and keep contact between customer and expert team.
• Take part in project to deliver Data Center energy product solutions.
• Provide detailed information for how to configure or upgrade Data Center energy products;
• Operate and maintain the professional system to track the process of Service Request;
• Identify issues of concern to customers based on the communication with customer;
• Assist to collect information and provide troubleshooting on site if needed;
• Remote support for delivery projects;

Requirements:

• Have an Electrical, Electronic or other related Bachelor's Degree or strong related experience;
• Prefferably, at least 2~3 year experiences in Data Center energy products or solution service technical support;
• Experience of working with UPS, PDU,Battery, DCIM, Cooling, Rack.
• Experience and knowledge on electronics, power supply systems and Data Center.
• Experience of commissioning and troubleshooting UPS and power systems (voltages 200-800 V) is essential;
• Holding or ability to obtain at least Electrical Safety Level 3
• Experience of working with data center monitoring systems;
• Experience of working with/ understanding of networking technologies TCP/IP and SNMP;
• Experience of data center project delivery or maintenance;
• Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems, electrical code and various measurement equipment is essential;
• Ability of writing professional reports, or standard operation process;
• English level: ability to speak and write to communicate with the global team.
