We’re looking for Billing Support manager become a part of Brainstack_ Billing Support Team and embark on a new professional journey!

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong written communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Familiarity with Zendesk
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere
- Drive and desire to provide customer support professionally
- Team player
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a refund and chargeback
- Provide refund-related support via email
- Troubleshoot and solve customer’s issues
Schedule:
5 working days per week
Shifts:
- 10:00 — 19:00
- 11:00 — 20:00
