WhiteBIT is an international fintech company with headquarters in Tallinn and Kharkiv & team of over 300 members. As a crypto exchange WhiteBIT aims to offer an intuitive user interface with a suite of analytical tools.
We work with cryptocurrency projects from all over the world with one main goal of mass adoption of blockchain technology.
We are looking for — Customer support representative!
Requirements:
- English B2 level (at least writing)
- Good communication skills
- Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
- Client-based mentality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge
Would be a plus:
- Chinese knowledge
- Experience in client support
- Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product related questions
- Closing tickets in one touch
- Record-keeping
- Team interaction
