Assistant to marketing and sales department

AboutHR, IT Recruitment and Executive Search Agency, with offices in Ukraine and Poland, providing services to Clients from 15+ countries worldwide, is looking for an Assistant to marketing department (preferably Lviv, full time)

Candidate from other cities nearby Lviv are welcome to apply.

Key duties:

In this role you will be assisting the agency manager with the following issues:

• Marketing (relations with marketing agency, designers, copywriters, translators, and other providers, search for information)
• Customer relations (drafting proposals for clients, assisting with incoming requests, managing clients’ database)
• Finance and legal (assisting with expense reports, relations with outsourcing company, assisting managing filing, ad hoc tasks)
• other operational issues.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience or volunteering (part-time or full time)
• Last year students are welcome to apply
• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, economics or related fields
• Confident PC user
• English - upper-intermediate (you will communicate to foreign clients/partners directly)
• Ukrainian – native or fluent
• Polish would be an asset.
