We are a data-driven team of T-shaped specialists proficient in several marketing fields. Our primary focus is content and performance-based marketing for product companies.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person with a solid track record in paid acquisition excellence to join our organization as a Team Lead PPC. In this role you will be leading a team of passionate pay-per-click specialists, helping them to reach business goals for the agency's customers.


Core areas of responsibility for the Team Lead PPC include:

  • Overseeing and supervising the development and execution of paid User Acquisition campaigns that help agency’s customers achieve their business targets
  • Managing the Team of Paid Acquisition professionals
  • Designing and crafting operations processes and workflows to ensure excellent delivery and customers satisfaction


ROLE:

Performance expertise and Leadership:

  • Become a top expert in the science of delivering great PPC management
  • Ensure that agency’s service is always top of the line and incorporates the most effective and valuable strategies for agency’s customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on both the service provided and overall experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to quality, customer service.
  • Lead the charge in improving the overall customer experience
  • Oversee and supervise paid User Acquisition strategies development & execution (tracking, analyzing, and optimizing pay per click campaigns)
  • Proactively explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create the system of continual optimization and growth
  • Conduct testing of various tactics, objectives, audiences; drive data-driven decisions around what content to feature, which calls-to-action to place etc.


Team Management:

  • Craft a vision of a PPC department, organize its works delivery on time and on budget
  • Motivate and engage the team to foster a positive working environment
  • Educate and nurture the team to become PPC experts for their customers
  • Identify and decide on recruiting decisions (alongside the HR specialists) necessary for the scaling of the department
  • Evaluate the team’s progress and identify areas of improvement
  • Oversee the performance/ productivity of the PPC team and communicate job expectations
  • Control the profitability of the PPC department.


Operations:

  • Design and craft processes to ensure excellent delivery
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Implement automation and/or scripts for account maintenance where applicable
  • Establish and upgrade report(s) and dashboard(s) with ads benchmarking metrics
  • Conduct audits and reviews of processes and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Identify new industry trends and technologies, which are affecting performance marketing and translate these opportunities into actionable plans
  • Collaborate with PM, Content and Design teams to optimize customer results.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven working experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Acquisition
  • Understanding of CPA, CPI, CAC, ROI, LTV; easy fluency with how different metrics affect one another
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Understanding of specifics in paid customer acquisition for B2B & B2C projects;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of leading, developing and nurturing a team of at least 3 people as well as tracking team performance
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortability with large datasets and demonstrated capacity to make data-driven decisions
  • A service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Fluent English
