Pre-Sales Engineer (French and English speaking)

Job responsibilities:

Working closely with the Sales team to provide support to prospects and partners via email, web conferencing, and the phone

Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations of the products to prospects and partners

Identifying and analyzing business and technical requirements for future customers

Designing the hardware architecture for potential customers

Composing project-related documentation

Collaborating with other teams

Required:

Fluent French and advanced English level (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively via both phone and e-mail

Understanding and basic knowledge of storage, networking, and virtualization technologies

Experience with administrating/maintaining Windows or Linux based environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, and innovative thinking (masters degree in googling)

Confident communication skills

Preferred:

Experience in developing technical requirements, solution architectures

Experience in working with storage and backup infrastructures

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V

Experience with analyzing business benefits and defining value propositions
