Service Desk/Customer Support Representative Remote all over Ukraine

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. 

Shift 00:00 - 08:00.

Main Responsibilities:

• provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
• create and process support tickets
• Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
• Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues.
• Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.

Mandatory Requirements:

• basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
• good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
• good written and spoken English.
