Position: CEM Platform Integration Delivery Engineer

Location: Ukraine, Kiev PSD(Professional Service Department)

Responsibilities

3. Be familiar with database and Linux maintenance and performance optimization
4. simplify hardware configurations based on services,
5. Building DBA capabilities.
6. Be responsible for the deliverability of the CEM platform, participate in version development, verification, product capability introduction, and product delivery strategy formulation.
7. Manage, identify, design, and plan product and solution serviceability requirements, and verify and promote product and solution serviceability requirements after go-live.
8. Participate in the planning and design of key delivery capabilities and architectures of products and versions to achieve leading product competitiveness and delivery capabilities.

Expertise

1. Have basic knowledge about the core network and wireless network, be familiar with the customer's O&M network architecture, and understand the network architecture and service processes related to the core network and wireless network.
2. Be familiar with network protocols, data communication, and network security, and have practical experience in related projects..
3. Understand basic database principles, familiar with SQL syntax and SQL logic optimization, experience in database application development and O&M is preferred.

Position knowledge

1. Be familiar with industry standards such as CEM, eTOM, ITIL, and NGOSS, and be able to effectively apply and comply with standards in service and solution design.
2. Be familiar with the software development process. Have a good command of the IPD/IPD-S process. Be familiar with the management of key delivery activities and quality management during product development
3. Familiar with the FusionStage and FusionSphere architectures. FusionStage and FusionSphere O&M experience.
4. Hadoop, Sybase IQ, and Spark performance optimization and database maintenance capabilities;
5. Be familiar with industry trends and development trends in the domain, understand the competitiveness of mainstream CEM products and solutions in the industry, have the capability of solution planning and design, and be able to plan competitive products or solutions.

Preferred Skills

1. Management and coordination capability: Be able to effectively manage and drive project requirements, issues, and risks from the perspective of the CEM platform, coordinate and promote the work of peripheral resources, and promote product improvement..
2. Implementation capability: Have independent telecom project delivery experience and play key roles, such as TL and TD
3. Communication capability: Be able to communicate with customers at the technical level, and be able to deliver professional presentations and solution guidance.
4. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred.
