We are looking for an Accounting / HR Specialist (based in Kyiv) to perform corporate accounting / HR administration duties to support Click USA and CharterPad offices in day-to-day operation
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of biweekly payroll, health insurance, compensation and benefits for Click and CharterPad employees (USA)
- Coordination and monitoring of credit cards payments
- Administrative support for new/existing employees in Click and CharterPad
- Closure of books for taxes
- Coordination and work with expense reports
- Preparation of financial and other reports for management as requested
- Coordination of cashflow
- Administrative support for new/existing employees in Click and CharterPad
- Managing work schedules, absences/attendances reporting
- Support day-to-day HR processes (recruitment, induction and onboarding, performance management, etc)
- Arrange logistical and administration support for training and developments events for Click USA and CharterPad employees
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills (practiced capability/behaviors)
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Proven accounting skills
- Proven administrative skills
- Outstanding communicative skills, initiative, accuracy, personal responsibility for the results
- Ability to work in extremely fast changing environment - excellent multi-tasking skills and time management skills
- Ability to work with big volume of data
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting / HR administration/paperwork
- Experience of work in USA (desirable) in the similar capacity
Qualification
- University degree.
