Sales manager (phone calls)

Now we are launching another sales department for a proven product, due to entering a new market.

The expectations for the successful candidate are:

• experience working with «long term» deals and high average checks;
• fluency in  English or Russian , good verbal and written communication skills;
• ability to conduct business negotiations on the phone with business level clients;
• ability to find the golden mean between flexible and tough negotiations;
• expectations of a high level of income we will meet, even the most ambitious requests.

Responsibilities:

• working with incoming customer inquiries;
• full support of the client: from the first contact, until the signing of the contract;
• negotiating;
• identification of customer needs;
• implementation of the sales plan;
• maintenance of client CRM-system.
