Middle IT Recruiter

As a part of the Impulsis team, you will be responsible for the extension of our teams. You’ll get involved in the recruiting process by interacting features with the development and HR teams.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience with recruitment;

- Strong understanding of IT and gaming market;

- Be familiar with different recruitment systems and platforms;

- Experience with networking and search methodologies;

- Good interviewing, negotiations, talent acquisition, and evaluation skills;

- English - Intermediate +;

Like a plus:

- Understanding of Agile methodology in HR and Recruitment;

- Deep dive in extensions and scouting tools;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Good knowledge in various flows of recruitment processes (differences between outsourcing and product models of recruitment);

Duties:

- Hiring of the best talents on the global game market;

- Full cycle of the recruitment process and support management teams in the hiring process;

- Extending the existing process with new features;

- You will take part in the resource estimation process;

- Daily work with Hiring plan, metrics, and documentation;

- Research and implementing best recruitment practice;

- Communicate with stakeholders and other recruiters in the international team;

- Research and implementing best practice;
