We are a data-driven team of T-shaped specialists proficient in several marketing fields. Our primary focus are content and performance-based marketing for product companies.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team who will be responsible for development & implementation of the solutions that help our agency to reach business goals using best content marketing tools & practices.

Role:

• Conduct content marketing campaigns to build 42DM brand awareness among Tech companies & startups, convert them into leads & nurture them to SQL’s;

• Develop content marketing plans that will help 42DM to stand out and reaching business goals in a most efficient way;

• Create omnichannel content calendar & manage its implementation;

• Develop content for the website, social media, blog & email marketing;

• Cooperate with design, SEO & PR teams to empower content creation & content distribution strategies;

• Cooperate closely with the Business Development team to identify their needs in content marketing & include those activities in the content calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Content marketing planning:

  • Analyze competitors best practices in content marketing

  • Research the content field to identify the trends in digital marketing for tech companies & startups

  • Develop content marketing plans that will help 42DM to stand out and reaching business goals in a most efficient way;

  • Create and implement monthly content calendar for blog and social media;

• 
  

• Content development & distribution:

  • Develop content for the website;

  • Develop success stories;

  • Manage website design & development project;

  • Develop 42dm own social media (Linkedin & Twitter in focus). Grow communities & engagement;

  • Develop lead magnets for the business development team;

  • Work with the SEO team to develop SEO tech & content assignments for the website and blog, and also promote the content through linkbuilding;

  • Together with the email marketing team develop & implement email marketing funnels & feed them with relevant & engaging content;

  • Improve agency representation on marketplaces, such as Clutch, Agencyspotter & others;

  • Conduct occasional PR campaigns;

Analysis & improvement:

• Monitor & analyze the performance of 42DM content marketing strategy in Google Analytics & Hubspot;

• Develop & implement new ideas & approaches in content & inbound marketing that will allow improve the performance and reach the business targets

Requirements:

• Fluent English;

• Bachelor / MA in Digital Marketing;

• 1+ year of work experience as a Content marketing manager / Copywriter in a tech company;

• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, AhRefs, SemRush;

• Basic knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO & email marketing

• Analytical skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• Passion for digital marketing, tech & writing.
