REQUIREMENTS:
Analytical and search skills
Attention to details
Intermediate level of English
General knowledge of IT terminology (preferred)
General knowledge and understanding of Lviv and Ukrainian IT market
Excellent negotiation skills
Persistence and diligence
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing and headhunting IT specialists of junior to senior levels in Lviv and Ukraine using various tools like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, social networks
Managing recruitment processes including sourcing, contacting
Managing SEP program
Generating talent pool as per needed tech skills
Maintaining relationships with candidates and building a passive pipeline
Updating and maintaining candidate records in the database
Conducting labor market analysis (salaries benchmarking, availability of tech skills etc.)
Various related tasks as per management’s request
Publish positions on various job boards and update them, if necessary
Process resumes of online applicants
