- Follow the entire Incident management workflow;
- Communicate with customer support;

- Establish support production documentation:
- Work schedule: night shifts (from 9 pm to 9 am), 3/3 or 2/2/3.
Essential professional experience:
- Minimum 1 years experience in technical support or consulting experience;
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Soft skills oriented to customer support;
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an ongoing basis;
- Experience with monitoring, alerting services (PagerDuty, Grafana, Prometheus);
- Intermediate English and higher.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Understanding/Experience QA testing;
- Knowledge ITIL;
- Experience monitoring microservices.
