  •  Follow the entire Incident management workflow;
  • Communicate with customer support;
  • Create and follow up Business incident;
  • Reproduce and resolve incidents;
  • Track SLA;
  • Assist with Problem management;
  • Monitor Proactive service;
  • Establish support production documentation:
  • Work schedule: night shifts (from 9 pm to 9 am), 3/3 or 2/2/3.

Essential professional experience:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in technical support or consulting experience;
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Soft skills oriented to customer support;
  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an ongoing basis;
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting services (PagerDuty, Grafana, Prometheus);
  • Intermediate English and higher.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Understanding/Experience QA testing;
  • Knowledge ITIL;
  • Experience monitoring microservices.
