Reporting Specialist / Data Analyst

Description

Reporting Specialist / Data Analyst will become a member of a professional and motivated team. Our main goal is to transform data into knowledge. Person in this position will work closely with the Finance Team and will help with data analysis, finding patterns, looking for hidden correlations. The person at this position also combines data from multiple sources to respond to high-level business questions, works with knowledgeable colleagues in various parts of the business to define, design, and develop analytic solutions to improve optimization and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Business, Finance or equivalent combination of education

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in analytics or relevant field

• Strong SQL skills

• Good theoretical background in maths and statistic

• Understanding predictive analytics

• Analytical mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Upper-intermediate English (written and oral)

• Microsoft Office Suites products, especially Excel experience

Will be a plus

• Understanding of P&L

• Experience building visualizations in Tableau or other similar tools

Responsibilities

• Provide Finance Team with deep insights

• Support in decision-making

• Building forecasts and prediction models

• Data analysis to detect the reasons for deviations in the main and secondary metrics

• Help maximize revenue by bringing early attention issues or changes in trends related to our products, business practice, processes, finances, and accounting

• Ensure that data is tracked in the proper manner

• Looking for alternative data sources and tools

• Initiate deep digging analysis

• Create visualizations and present them to the stakeholders

• Identify sales and growth opportunities by analyzing our financial data
