Domson’s Engineering & Construction is announcing a vacancy for the position of the Head Of Engineering and Designing Department.

Position: Head Of Engineering and Designing Department 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of the Engineering and Designing Department;
• Finding and substantiating engineering solutions;
• Quality control of works performed by the Engineering and Designing Department;
• Operational control of work production stages;
• Preparing and monitoring working schedules of designing department;
• Checking and controlling the compliance of engineering equipment with the project requirements;
• Conducting technical negotiations with the parties;
• Instruction the production staff on the specifics of work production;
• Proper definition of project assignments;
• Ensuring compatibility of project documentation with the technical assignment.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in civil engineering, technical or engineering field;
• At least 3 years of experience working in the engineering-design field;
• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position;
• Ability to analyze tasks, critically evaluate, identify and solve key and problematic issues;
• At least 2 years of experience working with project documentation;
• Knowledge of project directions;
• Experience working with project systems and components;
• Good knowledge and experience of AutoCAD, MS Office programs;
• Fluency in Russian and English languages.

Work schedule:

• Rate: Full Time
• 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 10:00 -19:00
• Break: 13:00 - 14:00
