Legal Counsel

Quintagroup is a team of professionals that provides consulting, programming and support services to organizations interested in deploying web-based solutions on cloud platforms. Company with over 17 years of successful experience in software development is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key functions:

• Review and development of contracts with local and foreign B2B clients, suppliers and partners
• Reaching agreement with counterparties on contract conditions
• Assist with ad-hoc legal tasks arising from IT projects (e.g. clients NDA, contracts, MSA).
• Preparation of new and modification of existing international agreements
• Approval of invoices
• Communication with developers and clients
• Analysis, optimization and minimization of potential legal risks.
• Conduct preliminary legal researches (Ukrainian and foreign legislation);
• Assist in dispute resolutions processes (contract breaches,etc);
• Legal support of the company’s activities in the area of international law;
• Conducting negotiations with foreign clients and contractors, legal support;
• Review and updating of contracts with local and software developers

Requirements 

• Law degree;
• Experience in drafting and reviewing of contracts, understanding of the — contracting process;
• Basic understanding of intellectual property and procedures of IP rights acquisition and protection;
• Advanced English, including legal drafting, fluent Ukrainian;
• High analytical skills, attention to details.
