A day in the life of...

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and
hardware;
- Provide all corporate software supports;
- Respond to customer queries;
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems;
- Prepare technical documentation and user instructions;
- Organize new computers and other office techniques preparation and installation;
- Organize equipment for meetings and end-users, also be responsible for equipment asset;
- Provide IS/IT induction and assist in IT trainings;
- Support standard software configuration installation at users' computers in accordance to Nestle standards.
- Install computer peripherals for users. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

What will make you successful

- University degree;
- Experience in IT preferred;
- Experience in Microsoft OS, Service Desk Systems, User Support Activities, Network
equipment, phone equipment, printing equipment;
- General knowledge of IT administration;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Communication skills and Service orientation;
- Ability to work under stress and learn quickly;
- Knowledge of English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
