Travel Services Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize business trips and provide support to EPAM employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation etc.);
• Cooperate with different shared services, vendors and other departments involved
• Solve related administrative and commercial issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English (B2+)
• Experience in business visas arrangements
• Expertise in full-cycle travel arrangements
• Strong knowledge of business travel processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Goal orientation and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong time management skills
• Proactivity
