Hi, we’re Stubbs — Kyiv based IT company. Our key specialisation — custom web and mobile development. Some of our clients — Finance.ua, Buldozer group, Olexander Usyk, Riviera House, Vodnyi Mir and many other. 

We’re looking for persistent, highly motivated junior recruiter with previous relevant experience on remote basis.

Requirements

• 6+ months previous experience as IT Recruiter.
• Understanding of web and mobile apps market 
• Solid knowledge of Linkedin (Recruiter Light / Sales Navigator), djinni and other sources and methods for candidates search 
• At least intermediate level of English
• Good written and spoken skills — you need to be persuasive and outstanding

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruitment - searching , communicating, presenting the company and vacancy, prescreening, scheduling the interviews with CTO, job offering and onboarding.
• Working mostly with Strong Junior and middle level vacancies.
• Basic of content marketing for improving Linkedin SSI.
• Creating internal database of candidates, reports.
• Working with the team, helping with different activities.
