IT Operations Manager, Lviv 

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager, who will lead operational activities, manage infrastructures (hard, soft and networks), provide support to users and be the responsible for the quality of service and security.

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing the IT team,

- Maintaining in operational conditions of the infrastructure (hard, soft and networks),

- Ensuring the quality of the production start-ups and the functioning of the operation,

- Managing risks and taking preventive action to mitigate them,

- Ensuring quality of service of the Help-Desk and preventive maintenance,

- Right sizing of resources to the needs within the budget,

- Defining the HR development plan for the hierarchically or functionally managed teams,

- Keeping relations with suppliers and hard, soft and network service providers and the services within scope,

- Monitoring technology and anticipating its impact,

- Managing the relationship with the IT Country Managers within scope and the IT Business Services Managers.

Competences and Aptitudes:

- Knowledge of current technological solutions and/or developments,

- Knowledge of the Unix and Oracle environment,

- Knowledge of SAP Retail (administration and maintenance),

- Knowledge of networks and telecommunications (operation and security),

- Knowledge of operating tools and software (backup, remote administration),

- Project management,

- Good knowledge of English,

- Ability to lead meetings,
