HR manager

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who can quickly master the company’s internal IT systems. The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of talent management process (from the first day of employment to offboarding stages).
• Close collaboration with management and people to improve work relationships.
• Answer general HR questions and resolve issues on time.
• Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working in IT company in HR manager role is a must.
• Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, conducting of one-to-one meetings, adaptation, professional development, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail.
• Personality with fast thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Upper-intermediate English.
