Market Development Specialist (DACH); Chernivtsi, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Sofia (ID 65760)
WE ARE
We are looking for а Market Development Representative with German to join our team of sales professionals. The role acts as a layer between marketing and sales – handling most first contact with prospective clients and engaging in marketing activities and campaigns in order to build relationships. It has a direct impact on a company’s organizational success as it provides the sales line qualifying prospects from lead status.
YOU ARE
A candidate demonstrating such experience and abilities as
- Fluent German and English
- Background (at least 1 year) in sales or business development, telemarketing, or customer support
- Experience in working with clients in German and in English (face to face, phone calls, Emails, social media) and/or call-center background would be considered as a plus point
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM and SEP platforms is an advantage
- Capability of building rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline and detail orientation
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
- Positive behavior and global mindset
- Ability to listen and pay attention to details and work with little or no supervision
- Being a creative thinker able to think effectively, develop ideas in providing solution to problems as they come
- Being highly enthusiastic and committed to excellence (must-have)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Developing a pipeline of new prospects for the DACH region by researching and contacting prospects in alignment with sales goals or Company marketing campaigns
- Seeking out new business ideas and developing them for the growth of the organization
- Inbound qualification and proactive outbound prospecting
- Utilizing marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Outreach and leveraging digital applications such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Owler, RainKing, etc. to identify and market to potential prospects.
- Achieving quarterly targets, as set by management
- Nurturing existing leads
- Tracking and maintaining customer contact and their records
