Talent Sourcer (Remote)

Our customer  is a fully digital on-line Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) agency using a flat-fee pricing model, fully remote US based firm with teams across the globe.

  What your mission will be

As a technical sourcer, you’ll be responsible for searching and identifying suitable candidates to fill current and future vacancies. You will use our tools to filter potential candidates using coding exercises and video introductions.

You will interact with candidates, schedule interviews. In addition, you will work together with your team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and clients using our proprietary tech-stack to assess and filter candidates.

  What we are looking for in you
  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in sourcing IT talent.
  • Excellent command of the English language 
  • You love to work with data
  • You are structured, organized and love process. 
  • You know how to do X-ray, Boolean searches, how to use Github, Stackoverflow and other sourcing hacks
  • You consider sourcing an art and want to develop yourself further in this field.
  • Comfortable working 100% remote
