Financial Specialist

Ascendix is a US based technology company who designs, develops and implements innovative software solutions for globally based Commercial Real Estate Companies using cutting edge technologies. We have assembled a brilliant team of designers, developers and QA engineers in our Kharkiv Team.
Operations Team is a key part of Management Team and we are looking for Accountant to help our team to succeed. As are growing, we are looking for a person who can work in Operations Team with internal operational processes.
The perfect candidate has ability to learn, brainstorm, communicate with IT people who are working with their colleagues in US Office. The person should be a good match for this dynamic culture, adaptable to change, with a high sense of urgency to help our young team roll out new processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Operation Manager with internal tasks
• Creating financial reports
• Working with data, documentation, contracts
• Working with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
• Working with different types of payments , bills, Invoices
• Collaboration with different departments

Requirements:

• Financial / Economic Education
• 3+ years of experience at a similar position
• Ability to work with different sources of information
• Attentiveness to details
• Experience with PE Accounting (IT sphere)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced user of Excel
• Intermediate level of English is a must

Would be a plus:

• Experience in IT sphere
• Experience of working with budgeting, reporting documents
• Lawyer Education or background
