Billing Specialist

Brite Logistics, Inc is an asset-based logistics company that manages a fleet of 250+ trucks and trailers that service all 48 states and Canada. We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our young and energetic team!

• Duties and responsibilities:

• Upload incoming e-mail documents to software
• Generate invoices
• Upload invoices to client's digital systems.
• Address and solve customer questions and issues by phone and e-mail
• Close work with company drivers and dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Billing Specialist requirements and qualifications

  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery
